Good MORNING/AFTERNOON/EVENING Professor,
My name is [NAME], and I am the [POSITION] for the [SCHOOL NAME] Chapter of Students Offering Support (SOS). I was hoping to schedule an appointment with you sometime in the very near future to talk more about SOS and the impact we create on campus. Would THIS DAY, THAT TIME OR THAT DAY, THIS TIME work for you? If not, is there a time that would be more convenient for you? The appointment should take no more than 10 minutes of your time.
Students Offering Support is a registered multinational charity that raises money to raise roofs through raising marks during our Exam-AID review sessions. For a donation of $20, students receive a 2-3 hour exam prep session, led by a student who has taken the course in a previous year and excelled in the course with a mark of A or above. The money raised through the Exam-AID initiative is used for sustainable development projects in Central and South America at the end of each year, built by SOS volunteers. To date, across North America, SOS volunteers have raised over $700,000 for Latin America, while tutoring more than 12,500 University students.
Over the last [NUMBER OF YEARS], Students Offering Support: [SCHOOLNAME] Chapter has tutored over [NUMBER OF STUDENTS TUTORED] and rose over $[AMOUNT] for projects across [CHAPTER’S OUTREACH LOCATIONS]. We are very interested in continuing to support students on campus by offering our high-quality Exam-AID review sessions. In meeting with you, I hope to further discuss what we could possibly do to help your students exceed expectations on your upcoming midterm/final exam.
Thank you very much and I look forward to your response. Have a great DAY/AFTERNOON/EVENING.
